• The US subscription rate is:

• One year for $20; two years for $37.50
  For first class mail add $4 per year.

• Sample issue from pre-1996 are $1.00; later issues are $2.00.

• .BACK ISSUES - This past year's (2009) are $4 each.
  If you want back issues from previous years, they are $3 @ for the 2003-2008 years.
  Prior to the last five years, they are $2.

  Canadian - $25 US per year (all have to be sent first class)
• Other countries - $30 US per year (all have to be sent first class)
• Foreign subscriptions by email are the same rate as US subscriptions.
  
  
• Sorry, there is no email or credit card subscriptions.

Subscriptions begin with the next issue.
Sorry, but a previously mailed issue is not included with a subscription.
This is to eliminate using first-class mail as much as possible.
If you wish the last issue, add an additional $4 for First Class.
